The open-air living space is arranged for relaxing or even some computer time. Kitchen equipped for cooking with stove, oven, coffee maker, ground coffee, tea, sugar, unlimited drinking water and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Downstairs is the A/C area and bedroom, with a wide-screen TV, great for movies or gaming. Bathroom is equipped with a hot-water shower, hair dryer, towels and soap/shampoo. There is also a couch that converts to an extra bed.
Your private house is just steps away from one of Phuket’s most beautiful, secluded sandy beaches. Often you’ll have the beach to yourself all evening and many mornings. It’s secluded, but everything is still within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, massage shops, cafes, etc.
The house is located at the bottom of a long stairway from the parking area. You can walk along the beach to everything you need. But access to the parking area is about 40 meters elevation. It is not perfectly suitable for families with very small children.
Long term rental 30 days+ is at special price, electricity and cleaning is extra charge.
